I want to hook up a remote start to my factory keyless entry system, but I don't know exactly what wire wire to hook up to the activation wire on the remote start unit.
Anybody know? Thanks.

the real question is what wire are going to use from the car to the remote start? hook it to lock or unlock and it will start every time you lock or unlock the door, if you remote start lets you choose the number of pulses to trigger remote start then maybe set on two or three pulses you could use an output to the door motors, and yet you would have very little range,

Range is very important when talking about remote start,  see what the range is on your current keyless entry system.  If you have to get close to the vehicle to unlock/lock door, then that is where you will need to stand to start your vehicle.
