Ok. Having a few troubles with this install. I can't seem to find the ignition coil to hook the tach wire up to, the wiring guide also says I can use one of the wires on a fuel injector? (this is a 4.0L 6 cylinder) not the v8

How reliable is using a fuel injector wire?

My second question is reguarding the  - parking lights wire. What did you guys do with this one?

Otherwise everything is going pretty good. Just waiting on my doorlock interface.

you can use an injector wire if you make sure you get the right one, any but dk GREEN/ orange. most starts have a selectable/programmable parking light wire. its a dark blue/pink wire at the column. if the start doesent have selectable light flash you have to use a relay. hope this helps.

Ok, I will probably use a Injector wire.

Now I see the wire color is the one above, at the steering column, the only problem is getting there. The jeep has this plastic that is glue'd on so you cant get it off, thats why they have a disconnectable wiring harness. Any tips on how to get to the steering column ?

dark blue/pink activates hazard lights. The parking lights can be activated by using a 1300 ohm resistor to ground on the yellow headlight wire. There is a rest resistance on the wire, so MUST use a relay to isolate away from the switch. hope this helps
