I cannot find any information on any site at this time to see if this car needs a Passive Bypass Module to allow a Remote Start to work.. Any answers would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

No anti-teft. so you dont need a bypass. Not hard to do on that car either.

Notes:
*1 Found at the 2-pin tach test connector on the drivers side of the firewall. *2 Must use relays to trigger the lock and unlock wires. *3 Also found at the green factory alarm plug located in the drivers kick panel.   *4 May also use blue/green at the steering column, negative trigger. *5 The cruise control module is located in the drivers kick panel. *6 This wire only works if there is a factory alarm installed. It is at the green factory alarm plug in the drivers kick. *7 The PCM is in the passenger kick panel. VSS is in the 31 pin plug, pin 23.

do u have a icon on the instrument cluster that shows a green key on when  u turn ignition key? cause if u do then it has an imobilizer so that means it uses the key......

The CR-V's didn't come with an Immobilizer system until 2001
