take for instance a 2005 GMC Envoy.  I've installed a stand alone remote start/keyless with the databus interface, and the passlock interface.  This truck has driver 1 and driver 2 settings.  is there anyway to trigger driver 1 with aux 1, and driver 2 with aux 2?  I thought I had seen a way to do it on the techsoft from this site.

I am also curious if there is a way to roll the rear window down.  It's an XUV (retractable top) and the factory remote has a button on the remote to roll the window down, but not up.   Prolly can't be done, but I thought I'd ask some of the intelligence on this site.

Thanks for taking the time to read this, and for any answers I may recieve.

i just run wires to the driver 1 and 2 switch to trigger the function. i have not done an envoy but i have done trailblaers like that as well as ford products. as far aas the rear window there should be a way.  are you good with relays? figure it out and let us know how it goes. it is probably just like doing a window.

Thanks for the post, but I don't think I'm ready to tackle the rear window alone.  I will try out the seats though.  Thanksposted_image]
