 If i install a HODL2 unit in a 2003 accord, and only connect the data wire and the (ground while cranking and running wire from my remote starter unit) will the unit disarm the oe alarm when i use the remote starter and still allow me to use the oe remote to unlock the doors and trunk.

your oem remote does not work with the vehicle running

keyless entry on hondas never work when they see 12v in the ignition.
