Are there any alarm/remote starter combos that allow you to connect a dual stage shock and dual stage microwave perimeter at the same time? Or is it possible to connect both to the same connectors at the same time using blocking diodes?

Thanks

You got it. If you use diodes you can hook them up to the same trigger on almost any alarm.

noticed today that the Autopage RF520LCD has a second optional sensor input. but it's just a 2-way alarm.

hooking up to the shock sensor would work for most any alarm. if you have a 2-way paging alarm/RS and are being particularly anal about the LCD notification, you could search for alarms that would give a different LCD notification when the shock sensor is being triggered or when an optional second sensor (proximity sensor in this case) is being triggered.

Although the RF520LCD is an alarm only, it has a ton of output channels to make adding a remote start unit (like an omega MARS22) possible.
