IM INSTALLING A MODEL 4300 AVISTART IN A 2005 NISSAN ALTIMA AND I HAVE 2 PROBLEMS 1 IT WONT INTERFACE WITH DOORLOCKS AND 2 IT STARTS THE CAR BUT SHUT RIGHT OFF CAN ANYONE HELP WITH THESE PROBLEMS THX

im not familiar w/ avistart...did you hook up tach...or go tach-less?do you have the schematics for the vehicle?

 * This Vehicle Is Equipped With A Transponder Type Engine Immobilizer Theft System. Use Universal Alarm Bypass Module part # 2x402 where X can be any number. See Note #144 ** This Vehicle Is Equipped With Two Start Wires. Both Must Be Powered In Order For Vehicle To Start When Engine Is Cold. See Note #235 *** Test With A Meter While Turning A Key In The Driver's Door Lock Cylinder.

Any wire not red, pink, or black at any ignition coil.

SO THAT WILL SOLVE THE START PROBLEM ANY INPUT ON DOOR LOCKS?

power lock  brown (type b) see note *1   in pin 45 at bcm right of fusebox    
power unlock  pink (type b) see note *1   in pin 46 at bcm right of fusebox 

note *1 meter these wires while turning key in drivers door cylinder.
