Can someone walk me through the installation of a automate AM 2 on a 02 Impala. I need help with the relays on the door locks. How do I wire  the relays and  470 ohm resistor on the same wire. Thanks for any help!

Not to hard..........Just make sure U have the correct wire

Try:   https://www.wiringinstructions.com/217.htm

** ORANGE / BLACK Door Lock Wire Must Receive A Ground (-) Pulse Thru A 470 Ohm Resistor To Lock And A Solid Ground (-) Pulse To Unlock

2 SPDT RELAYS:

LOCK:
PIN 87 = Ground
PIN 30 = 470 ohm Resistor to Vehicles ORANGE / Black wire
PIN 85 = Negative Lock Output from AM2
PIN 86 = Constant 12 volt ( + )

UNLOCK:
PIN 87 = Ground
PIN 30 = to Vehicles Orange /Black wire
PIN 85 = Negative UNLock Output from AM2
PIN 86 = Constant 12 volt ( + )

What aboutthe trunk pop and horn honk? What other wires do I have to connect? I know I dont have to connect all of them . I just want to make sure .

Does UNLock work??
R your Relays working?
Is the AM2 sending NEGATIVE Pulse?

Be sure you have 470 ohm resistor and a good GROUND.
U can also hook resistor direct to ORANGE / Black wire & Ground other side of resistor to try it.
