I've purchased a '05 Camry LE with keyless entry. The dealer wants $699 for an alarm (Checkmate). The dealer tells me they can interface the alarm right to the OEM keyless entry. A price of $700 does not sit well with me.
Does anyone know where I can buy the alarm from (other than the dealer) with instructions on how to code to the Camry key fob?
Thanks in advance

There are other Alarms available that will also work with the Toyota Camry Keyless as well as other Vehicles.

OMEGA  .... AL-100H

yeap along with the dei oem upgrade alarm hornet  700t. all the features of an alarm the only thing is you use the keyless entry remotes to arm/disarm the alarm.

WOW ... for $ 700 I can have a 2 way Compustar system installed for you with the remote start & keyless entry. That seems really high to me. Have you tried shopping around for this system elsewhere ?

At this point I will be installing for myself. The Hornet 700t seems like a good unit. Any advice\comments about that alarm would be appreciated..
