i have a viper alarm.  i hooked up the constant, ground, lights, siren, sensors.

i went to test it out last night, and it works, however, after setting it off, whenever i unlock the alarm it gives me four beeps.  the manual says it will do that until i start my car again.  but it does not register, probably because i dont have anything hooked up to the ignition, but which wire do i hook up to the ignition.  or is it the tach that i have to hook up.  thanks,

You need to hook ignition up for the alarm to reset itself. If you are running a DEI remote start then the alarm has to have the ign output for the remote start hooked up to sense ign.
