OK New question here,

The installer did not hook up the tailgate glass release. From the DEI wiring it shows that on the CSM the wire is org/lt grn or pur/yel. + Can you tell me what wire I need to connect from the brain to this wire at the CSM and also if a relay or anything is nescessary. I just don't know what to believe from the installer, he wants to charge an extra 50 to install this feature which I think should have been done the 1st time around since the factory remote has the feature and there is no other way to open that stupid glass. I have the Clifford Matrix RS3.5 From looking at the install guide, I think that it is the RED / White on Primary harness 1 connector #12 which is outputting -. What are you guys using to invert the signal since it looks like I will need a + pulse for the feature to function. Thanks again for all of your help. Ps I am an electronics tech by trade but I have just never jacked around with alarm installation so I would rather hear from some people that have experience with these installations.

OK I am pretty sure that I will need a relay of some sort to invert the - signal to the + Can you give me any ideas as to what type of relays you guys use. Maybe something I can buy at the local Radio Shack? My focus in electronics has primarily been digital so I am not sure what type of relay that I need to look for.
