i am looking at a few 2-way alarm remote start systems and was wondering about your opinions af far as range is concerned. please do not jump on here and say dei is the only alarm i should buy. i installed and sold dei for 7 years. not that they are terrible but i just am not a fan. so here goes...

autopage rs-855lcd

scosche 900fm

ultra start 4560

code alarm (top of the line i forget the model number)

and any others i should consider i dont want to spend a fortune on this setup this is my work car so it doesnt have to be a crazy alarm but i do want good range. the autopage i have always had good luck with and they advertise 2000ft. do you think i will see that from this system?? the scosche advertises 3000ft and i know is a compustar piece so the range should be fairly good the other to i dont know about. any info would be great thanks

scosche if you want compustar quality got one couple months ago to see I was not disappointed. I also have a gen I compustar SS range on fm is very close to SS.
