O.K., I've finally decided on an alarm, and I 'm going to get  the 791xv for my truck and my wifes car. The car is a 2002 Chrysler Sebring LX sedan. I've read on here that some of these cars come equipped with an immobilizer that needs to be bypassed.  I got the diagram here https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=26788 I have a black head key, not grey, and my hardware store copy works fine, so I'm assuming I don't have the immobilizer. Also, no factory alam. I just want to make sure I don't have any surprises.

As for my truck, it's a 93 Dodge Dakota LE. That should be pretty simple seeing as it has an aftermarket alarm and remote start already installed I could just clip the wires to the old alarm and attach right? Or should I make new connections. I installed the remote start, and a shop installed the alarm.

Thanks in advance.
