i have a 94 acura integra GSR and one of my headlights decided it didnt want to work anymore, but when that happened my parking lights no longer flash when i activate/deactivate my alarm. i have the viper 791xv.
im pretty sure it has something to do w/ the wiring on my headlight because the headlight doesnt work at all unless i manually put power to it from my test light. the bulb is fine but the wire is ground somewhere and its not getting the power to the bulb. anyone have any suggestions on this?

take it back to the shop, but if you messed with anypart of the install it might void the warranty. if that is the case the paring light wire is white and there is a fuse in it about 6" off the main harness on the brain.

Here is what I would do:

1.   Make sure your parking lights will turn on. (with the stock switch)

2.   Make sure your turn signals work.

3.   Make sure your hazards work. (with the stock switch)

4    Check the fuse coming out to the clicker unit. ( I would check it last, they are usually had to get to)

If the above checks out:

With a meter:
Put your meter on the flash out put of the clicker unit.
depending on your unit it will either go to ground or positive.

If you see a change there put the fuse back in and take it back to the shop, the install is questionable. Get the shop to fix it, and don’t go back.

If you don’t see a change chances are the unit is dead, take it to the shop.

With a test light:
Connect the clip to a 3 amp or smaller fuse then to ground, then hold probe to the clicker unit output for the flash, then lock the car with the clicker.

If you see a flash, take it back to the shop.

If you don't see a flash connect the clip to a small 3 amp or smaller fuse then connect the fuse to power. Hold your test light tip to the clicker unit output, lock the car with the clicker.

If you see a flash you see a flash you know the unit is ok and the install is questionable. Get the shop to fix it, and don’t go back.

If you don't see a flash chances are the unit is dead, take it to the shop.

Do you know why your head light went out? That could provide some use full info.
