you need diodes and a bypass module if you do a R/S

You will need some sort of bypass module for the Passlock2 system. You may need relays if the prostart unit does not have positive doorlock outputs. If the Prostart unit is an alarm, and you are doing door triggers, you will also need 2, possilbly 3 1N1004 diodes to isolate the separate door triggers.

Not a Class2 compliant BCM in 2002. Locks are +ve trigger at BCM under column. Disarm in far right connector, light green. Locks are blue and white , 2nd plug in from left.

GMDL-BP isn't going to do doorlocks on an 02...

And yeah let us know what exactly this prostart is (keyless, remote start, alarm, etc) and we can give some more info.

Make 100% sure that you also do the second ignition wire on this vehicle.
