I have a 99 civic with a manual transmission. I have done two installs, The first was a alarm install on my car and the second was a remote start on my father's silverado. Having said that, do you guys think It will be ridicously hard to install the compustar on my civic?

'99 Civic's are pretty easy to handle. I say "go for it"

Does the compustar come with built in relays for the power locks?

It has negative doorlock outputs. Your car has negative doorlocks. No relays needed.
