Does anybody know how to reset the check engine light on an 01 dodge grand caravan or do I need to send it to the dealership? Thanks

HAve you tried disconnecting the battery terminals for 30min? It's worked for me in the past.

That usually works.Another alternative, i bought a cheap code finder/eraser on Ebay. It plugs into the OSB2 port and gives you the code, then gets rid of it. They're only 50 bucks....

In my area, Advance Auto or Auto Zone will read them for free. Probably clear them too.
