I need to know how the program a new key! the dealer never told my friend to do it. Is it the same as GM PK3 as far a programing the key? Thanks

No, the honda key has to be programed with a scan tool that only the dealership has. Seems that you are using a 556U by pass module, if you don't want to go and have the dealership program the key I would suggest using a 556Hw which does not require a coded key and they are easy to program.
