ok.. so I installed a remote starter on my car and I think I hooked up the tach wire to the right wire, I found a BLACK/ grey wire on the 1st spark plug and when i try to remote start my car. It turns the car on but it doesn't turn over or try to start, the dash lights up, all of the gear selector icons light up for example ( [P][N][R]...) they are all selected, after 20 seconds, the car turns off like nothing happened. Does anyone have a suggestion?

What kind of remote starter? do you have a factory security system on the Durango? What color is the key to Durango?

Carvox King Eagle. I was able to get it started and it now starts, the only wire I was not able to find was the Neutral Safety wire, I just have that grounded right now and would like to find where it goes as I was not able to find the harness the wiring diagram states it is located in

You could try and find it at the transmission plug and trace it back from there.

Just leave it grounded like you have it. If it is automatic it will only crank in neutral or park.

Thanks for your help. I'll just leave it grounded for now.  The only problem that I have right now is that it overcranks when remote started and the check engine light comes on (Not sure of the engine code, don't have a reader) and I think its due to the tach wire not being correct. When I tested the wire, it was in the higher range of voltage (5-7v) and it was a BLACK/ grey wire on spark plug #1. Do you have any suggestion for a different location for a tach wire attachment?

Sounds like you have everything wired correctly.  Sorry to say it is a defective system.  I had tried three of this brand before switching to another brand.  Try a search on here for Carvox and see how many problems there are.  You wont find any warrenty or replacement either.
