Need help to remove the lower dash cover and the driver's side kick panel of 2006 Toyota sienna. I want to install a two way pager alram into this van. Thanks everybody.

What's to know? The KP has a plastic nut near the firwall and pops off after that. The dash panel has two 10mm bolts at the bottom, top pops of. Behind that is a metal bracket with 4 10mm bolts....

Everything is in layers on that car. This is the proper order for removal.
The car's interior should be reasonably warm, so the panels won't crack. If you're working outside, let the car run with the heater on for a little bit.
--Driver's doorsill just pops up; remove it.
--Driver's kick panel, near the left of your foot, there's a plastic "nut," remove that.
Then, pull the kick panel straight backward, toward the rear of the car, and it'll come unclipped.
You'll see a little white plastic clip stuck in the car's body......carefully pry it out and snap it onto the kick panel. (If you just try to put the kick panel on without doing that, the plastic clip will get smashed and fall into the hole.)
--The driver's underdash panel has two 10mm bolts. One is visibile on the bottom right. The other is on the bottom left, and is visible once you remove the kick panel.
The top edge is held on with just clips; pull the dash panel and it will come off.
--Behind the dash panel is the metal knee bolster, held with four 10mm bolts; remove it.
--Rotate the steering wheel from left to right, to reveal one screw behind the wheel on each side. Remove the screws, and pull down on the lower column cover to remove it.
NOTE: Toyota dash panels are soft, and will scratch and gouge if you even look at them the wrong way.
I'd advise placing those panels in the back seat or on the passenger seat, not on the ground where you'll trip over them.
Also, the metal knee bolster should be placed separately from the plastic panels, as it will gouge them.
