You can do a search on this forum about starting a business as this has been brought up several times and som e good tips have been brought out from the member's here. Here's a start for you on starting a business and once you decide what companies you want to deal with each company will have a designated wire program that you can incorporate into your business. Usually it's free with the purchase of your inventory.

No problem. If your interested in DEI, just be ready to spend alot of money on your inventory and any purcahses after that to stay an authorized dealer. To become an authorized dealer for some of these cmpanies you have to have a store front. You can call up the company as ask them who the representative for your area is and meet with them. Some companies have territorial restrictions to sell their products so your area that your in might already have a designated DEI shop and you may not be able to carry their product or DEI might not sell to you.

also try www.sounddomain.com , they have a listing of phone numbers for alot of the brands u might be interested in. if u call they will point u in the right direction  to get thier products and others in your area. Zoning restrictions might be the only down fall. depending on how many shops are in your area, u might not be able to get some of the brands u really want.

It's 20 bucks US, a good value and info is correct.
