I am getting ready to install a Crimestopper CS-2000 III alarm/keyless entry unit in my 2004 Ford E350 Van. I need the wiring color codes for the door locks. The other codes would be great too. Thanks

I am trying to wire the Crimestopper CS-2000 alarm. Everything is done except for the keyless entry. I have tried every conceivable combination of wiring to the relays, yet all I succeed in doing is blowing fuses. I have wired it for 3-wire positive, 3-wire negative, 5-wire reverse polarity, 5-wire alternating, and whatever else there is. I am tapping into the red and brown wires on the passenger side, which is the master switch. Any ideas? I'm fresh out..

By the way, this van DOES NOT have factory keyless entry.

Looks like you have the right wire colors. They should be 5-wire alternating polarity. I have a feeling you have the switch side/motor side wired backwards at the relays. Are you using a meter to test things? Leave the red wire attached....cut the brown wire. Attach your meter to one side of the brown wire. Hit unlock on the passenger door. Does your meter show 12 volts? If so, that is the switch side. That needs to go to 87a. The other side goes to 30. 87 & 86 to +12v and 85 to the (-) unlock wire from the alarm. Repeat for lock.

I tried the above combination, and it still blows the 12v inline fuse. Any other possibilities?

I am trying to add keyless entry to my 2004 Ford E350SD van. There's NO factory keyless entry, and I've tried every possible wiring combination out there to no avail. It's supposedly a "5 wire reverse polarity" setup. I tried that but no go. Any ideas? I got all the wiring diagrams but none of them worked. I'm just wondering if there's one little thing I'm missing.

This sounds as if you have something incorrect in your wiring at the relays. Did you follow this diagram? It is very important to have the switch and motor sides correct.
