Only vehicles with gray keys have the immobilizer. If you have a grey key, a DEI 555c will work for a bypass.

You will need a couple relays for the doorlocks, as well as one for the trunk release. You will also need a couple resistors for the locks. The value of the resistance varies depending on if the car has a factory alarm or not.

The wire you need to use is lt. GREEN/ orange located in the drivers kick panel, or in the harness coming in from the drivers door. You will need to turn the key in the lock cylinder when metering it. It will not meter from the switch on the door.

Arm/lock is (+) thru a 1870 ohm resistor
Disarm/unlock is (+) thru a 680 ohm resistor
A single 680 ohm pulse will disarm the factory alarm. A second pulse will unlock the doors. Have both the unlock output and the disarm output of the remote start trigger the relay for disarm/unlock. Program the remote start to double pulse unlock.

I would use a CHDL2-PK by-pass module. This takes care of everything locks, transponder by-pass,trunk and OEM alarm all in one unit from Omega.
