Diode isolate them as you would with multiple door triggers to one input.

this is one of the biggest reasons i use ultrastarters.... they have an 2 stage aux sensor input for any type of sensor, plus you can temporarily disable the shock and aux sensors thru remote VERY easily, or disable completely from remote as well. result? 75% less false alarms but still utilizing prox. another great thing... what's the no.1 reason customers bring alarm back to installer for? either shock is too sensitive or not sensitive enough. Ultras you can program shock with remote by just hitting the car on a pillar, harder you hit, less sensitive, lighter you hit,  more sensitive. result? customer can do it THEMSELVES, and no comeback.
