I installed a DEI 530t window automation in a 03 Eclipse and the one touch function works fine, but when I went to hookup the orange (ground when armed input) of the 530t to the purple (ground when armed output) prewired starter kill relay from the compustar the windows roll up as soon as the key is taken from the ingition.  However if I remove the relay from the prewired starter kill harness this does NOT happen and the windows roll up when armed.   Per Compustars directions both the red and RED / white wires are given 12volts constant.  I did not hookup the additional 2nd assessory relay as I did not need it.  Can anyone offer an advice.  Thank you!!

You need to put a diode in the purple wire between the orange wire from the 530T and the starter kill relay. You are getting a ground feed back to the 530T when you shut off the ignition. Make sure the stripe on the diode is facing away from the relay. You can use a 1N4001 1 amp diode.

I tried the diode on the orange wire of the 530t with the diode stripe facing away from the starter kill circuit, still does not work.  I tried it the opposite way as well.    I'm still having the windows roll up as soon as the key is taken out of the ignition.  If I take the relay out of the relay harness, then the windows only roll up when armed.  I've went back over the wiring and cannot see how the starter kill could be wired incorrectly.  Thanks for any help.
