It looks like the colors change at some point....probably at a molex plug somewhere.

Here is what I noticed different between tech sheets for the two years.

2006 TSX

Power Lock      pink/black to pink      -      MICU, green 30 pin plug, pin 25
Notes: Meter this wire while using the passenger door lock switch.
Power Unlock      pink/blue to lt. blue      -      MICU, green 30 pin plug, pin 9
The MICU (Multiplex Integrated Control Unit) is part of the fuse box in the driver kick. It has two connectors on the edge of the fuse box facing the rear of the vehicle.

Keysense      red      -      ign harn or MICU, grn 30P plg, pin13
Horn Trigger      green to GREEN/ YELLOW      -      horn switch
Memory Seat 1      blue      -      driver kick, door harness
Memory Seat 2      blue / YELLOW      -      driver kick, door harness

ok i finished the installation and i'm having a small problem now with the tach wire. the wiring diagram said the tach wire is "blue at the ECM in the white plug". i've tried all the blue wires at the white plug and none of them came out to be the tach wire. for some reason i remembered using a white wire in that plug in the 2005 TSX, so i tried that and it worked. i now use the white wire, but sometimes when i remote started it; it would start on first attempt and sometimes it won't start until second attempt. the question is do you think i have the wrong tach or my bypass is acting up??

is there a different tach wire or different pin # for 2006 TSX? i unplugged the 31pin white plug at the ECU and pin #25 is empty but pin #26 is blue.
