I have an Ungo ProSecurity SR5000 alarm installed in my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 quadcab, as it is setup right now I have 2 of the channels used to open my drivers door and the other to open my passenger door in the front only. Is there any way to add more channels to possible open the rear doors and/or my taillight actuator. Or is there another alarm on the market that offers the 2-way paging and lots of outputs to control stuff?

Back ground on the truck- It is a 4 door truck with shaved handles and autoloc door poppers, the tailight id on a fergelli linear actuator that pushes the tailight out 9 inches to gain access to my fuel filler.

Thanks in advance guys and gals.

Pete

You are looking for what is called a channel expander, I believe the DEI model is 450T.

So even though it is an Ungo alarm, a DEI channel expander will work with it? Does it just use one of the aux channels to control the channel expander or is it wired in differently?

Yes, it works with any system that provides a negative output. If I remember correctly (been a while since I put one in), it counts the number of pulses to the wire and determines which output to use. In other words, press channel 2 3 times and it will activate it's channel 3 output. There are other companies that make them as well that will work, just remembered that number.
