I have a 2003 VW JETTA.I got a problem,I have the viper 550esp installed and if I arm my car with the viper keypad the doors lock but when I go to unlock my car doors they don't unlock but the viper disarms. My oem factory remote works fine. But there is another glich.I start my car with the remote start doors are locked vehicle is armed.I go to unlock my doors and they unlock fine at all times. So what I need to know is that if there is some relay or pulse that you need to put in to let the doors unlock while it is armed.I believe it is different from the 2001 I believe the 2002 are the same any info would be great

Power Lock:

YELLOW/BLUE (-)

IN DRIVER'S DOOR OR RED / BLUE IN DR. KICK

Power Unlock:

DK. GREEN/ RED (-)

IN DRIVER'S DOOR OR RED / LT. GREEN ***

** Alarm Disarms With Single Pulse To The Unlock Wire. *** Two Consecutive Pulses, Unlocks The Door.

You will have program the alarm system to send two pulses to unlock the vehicle. you might have to use a couple relays to isolated the door lock wires. Good luck
