newer fords are easy to do, they are in the passenger kick panel, but it is the smart junction box, that is what ford calls it

the only other newer ford that would be remotely bad maybe would be the freestyle, but other than that they are all pretty easy to get at, especially the mustang

on cobalt 99 % of your wires will be hooked up on the passenger side of the center console( very simple) only have to run the relays for hybrid passlock system to ignition cylinder

only do a alarm not a starter so i shouldnt have to bypass anything.

only thing on alarm only is to not hook up starter kill( its not needed anyway with the pass key III ), i know of a couple friends who install at gm dealers and when they have hooked up starter kill at bcm as d.e.i. suggests car has tripped some random trouble codes until kill was removed

nope didnt do a starter kill with all of the antitheft that comes stock no need really...
