Extend the lock and unlock pulse & they will roll up and down.

You need to pulse the lock and unlock wires before extending the lock/unlock signal.

So would you have to pulse the lock wire first or if I just hooked up and aux channel to the lock wire and held the button down would the windows roll up?

From what I've seen in the Hondas you must apply the signal to the key cylinder wires, NOT the door lock/unlock wires.  I don't believe you can pulse the key cylinder wires and get them to lock the vehicle.  I've never actually tried extending the lock signals on a Honda (I know it works for Nissans, but thats a different subject).
