posted_imagejust installed remote start on this car,all works fine starts with remote and with key, but after you remote start it and turn key on security light comes on , it doesnt seem to be affecting anything or is it ? thanks

how close are your resistor values?  That is your problem.  It has to be very close.

turn your key to start before hitting the brake.  Your starter will not grind.

How do you have the bypass hooked up?

retest your ps2 wires and see if resistance is in the "run position only" or "start position only" or " both positions"  you may have to hook your relays to work in the "start position only" for that year of car. ps2 gets a little funny from year to year.

well i checked resistance again in start posistion and i have right resistor,  but what i did find was i had a bad coil in relay , put nother relay in all is working great now, thanks for all the help
