Hi Just installed the alarm this morning. I believe I follow all the instructions correctly, but nothing works. The LED does not blink, nor the siren chip. Only thing I see is the LED on the shock blink whenever I move it. Can someone give me some pointers as to what's wrong? I try to program the LCD 2-way ( off /on key 5 times). I hear the relay click, but the parking light / siren does not confirm. Is my unit defective ? Thanks.

antenna plugged in? battery in the remote good? check these 2 things.
