I was told camry 07 has immobilizer, and will not let the starter engage when its on. How can I shut down the < face=OfficinaSans-Book >immobilizer system for remote starting? Thanks.

I have the 556U. I guess I was asking besides the 556U, do I have to tap into the blue sense wire with ground to disable alarm? Thanks.

supply the keysense wire with a NEG(-) or POS(+) (read the wiring diagram to determine what polarity the keysense wire needs .. i cannot recall) that is triggered by your Ground While Running (-) wire off the Remote start brain -- also, diode isolate your GWR(-) connection to your 556U if you use the same GWR wire to trigger both things.

The keysense wire is blue at the column and needs to see a ground whenever the Rs is on.

that is only to disarm the factory alarm, not the immobilizer system (which is the chip in the key) the 556u will do that.

Remember...you need to trigger BOTH, with ground while running (remote started). If you use ONE GWR, diode isolate the 2 "features" keysence, and transponder bypass.
