Get the proper byapss and lock interface with the RS and it's a snap ( less than 2 hours work with previous experience & about 4 hours without any experience ). The bypass of choice would be the PLDATA & the GMDL1.

The Trailblazer is a popular vehicle; it comes up here almost every week. Have you already done a search?

It's always wise to do a search first. We pros love coming here to help people and answer questions, but we tend to get bored and leave if we have to answer the same question every week.

Forum Rules and Guidelines This basically explains the same thing, although more politely.

Anyway, search for old posts about your car; they'll probably answer all or most of your questions. Try spelling out your search as "trailblazer" and "trail blazer"---you might find different posts under each spelling.

If you then have specific questions that those posts don't address, feel free to ask away.

Yes it will work, but for the same price and less installation time go for the PLDATA ( only 4 wires ) instead of 8 off the IPPME.

What do you reccomend for the correct order to insall everything on my remote starter and relays (gmdl1 and pldata)?

Also, the remote starter is a direct start 423c

The wire harnesses are universal, dont be alarmed by this it is not confusing, just cut off the smaller connector that does not get used, then install it like the diagram shows.

As far as order for installing. Since this is your first time, I would spend tiem inside connecting your remote starter wires to your GMDL1 and PLDATA, cutting the unused wires shorter and taping them off so they do not confuse you during the install. The PLDATA is the last thing to install, but you can install 3 of the 4 wires at the same time you install the starter since you will already be working on a ground, power and (-) out when running. Like I said I would spend all the time you need before hand making wire connections that need to be made between the starter and the two modules since they share common needs. Read the instructions on the GMDL1 and the PLDATA and make sure you follow those.

The more time you spend preparing this, the less tiem you will spend under the dash breaking your back.
