The bike was purchased and transported in an open trailer in 30f weather, which I believe froze out the brain.

The bike has an autostart alarm manfactured by steelmate.

When inserting the ignition key there is no power up at all.  When the auto start is activated from the remote the bike powers the lights but doesnt start and then shuts down within five secs.  If the hard start button is hit while the autostart is activated the bike starts up and then shuts down after the five secs.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

thanks.

30 degree weather should not affect a system designed for any type of vehicle application. Did you happen to get an installation manual with the SteelMate system?
