1. Hey need some advice or direction, I just installed LED lights to detail my interior and was wondering what size of fuse should I use for protection. Was also wondering if taping off the radio is right and safe?
2. Was also wondering if running neons off the radio is ok, or do you think off ACC is better.

1. Whatever size fuse that the manufacturer recommends. Usually it will be pretty low.
2. Never run anything of the the radio's power wire, except the radio. This will cause the radio to suffer if you start pulling power to something else. You Should wire it through a relay to a switch or your parking lights in my opinion.

I promise to be good.
Tell Darwin I sent you.
I've been sick lately, sorry I won't be on much.
I know all about not wiring ANYTHING off the radio.
I have a Clarion EQ-S560, and a Panasonic CQ-DFX701U head unit.
I made the mistake of wiring the EQ's power supply up to the radio power supply. (Didn't think the EQ would suck up that much juice!)
I ended up having to replace the input diodes in the deck to over ehaustion on the deck's power supply.
Run seperate wires form your accessory lines to power up those LED's, not only will it protect your deck's power suplly, the LED's will be brighter too if you wire them by themselves.
Thanks for the advice, I wired them up seperate from anything and all is good........
