I need a quiet/fast relay (12 volt SPDT less than 1amp draw) in solid state.

or if there is another way to make a negitive power source to poitive output?

this is for leds in my brake/tail/turn (x8) lights, they will have a LED arrow stick controler wired up to them also but it is negitive switching.

Does it have to be SPDT or can it just inverse the signal?

The easiest way to invert a low current signal is by using a transistor. You can make a negative signal a positive signal using a PNP transistor. If you get one rated for 1A and use a heat sink you should be able to supply a ground through a ~220 ohm resistor to the base (assuming a beta of 20), 12vdc to the emitter, and your output will be on the collector.

Do NOT connect the metal tab nor the heat sink to the chassis of the car or anything metal - they will be 12vdc.

Inverse or spdt will work fine

Unfortunately I am unfamiliar with transistors and don’t have the time right now to educate myself on them

So you please give me a diagram on how to wire it up properly?

Hella's line contains solid-state relays that fit standard ISO relay mountings, and they are completely silent. You'll pay for 'em, though...$40 apiece at RallyLights, probably similar pricing elsewhere.
