I know this has been brought up before, but I never saw a picture or actual schematic for the solution. Basically, need to take a single momentary switche's output (12v) and drive a relay configuration in Flip-Flop mode so that each time switch is pressed, polarity going to a motor will be reversed. Also, the motor should only be energized while the switch is being pressed (so I don't want it to latch exactly). I know I can do this easily with an electronic circuit (Flip-Flop IC), but I want to see if there is a relay-only solution.

You will need two (-) output wires to activate the relay set up.One for each relay to open and to close.

Of course I can do it with two seperate pushbuttons or two outputs, but the challange is to do it with just ONE! One momentary pushbutton as the JDM Mirror control piece only has a single momentary pushbutton switch that has a +12v output. It would look tacky to drill a hole in the door panel to add another switch. I know this is possible as I stated before with an Integrated Circuit, but I want to see if it's possible with Relays & Diodes like a combination of a latching relay and standard relays or ??. This would be a Flip-Flop configuration with polarity reversing each time.

Try this:

https://www.goodmancomponents.com/products/s706_707.htm ) that will allow you to  use the same pusle to energize it's own coil and alternately pass it to each of the other two relay coils each time you engage it.
