I want to do my own window rollup and rolldown on my truck. I know I could just go out and buy the modules but I want to do it this way just to see if it will work. I pretty much know how to do a one way setup where I could either roll the windows up or roll them down. But, I want to be able to do both with one button. When I press the button they go down, and when I press it again they go up. So what I need is a setup where the (-) output from the alarm gets to one relay, then when its active again it goes to another relay.  Anyone know how I can do that?

Thanks

Sounds similar to a something I needed to do. What you need is a flip-flop configuration. This is easy to do with 2 seperate outputs, but tricky with just 1 as you want to do.
If you expect to be able to just press the button on the remote once and have the window roll all the way up or down, there's no easy way for the relays to know that the window is all the way up or all the way down. That is why buying a $10 module would probably be more time saving and less complicated for what you want to do.

Use the lock output from the alarm to roll them up and your auxilary output to roll them down. Depending on your door lock set up, you may need to use a diode on the lock output from the alarm.
