wiring up relays  5W system locks work on drivers pass door no lock unlocks work great both doors  do i need to install  Resistors on the relays if so what size any Help would be great Thanks Larry

That truck should have a One-wire lock system.  Doing 5-wire REV shouldn't be necessary.  Here is a diagram for the
relays and the correct resistor values ( use the top diagram for your R/S unit if it doesn't have built-in lock relays ) :
