Can someone please advice me where I can source the mechanical latch relay PCB type featured in one of your relay diagrams.
Pulse to latch the relay and the same pulse on the same terminal to unlatch.

Omron GF series. Virtually anywhere, Mouser, Farnell possibly Radio Shack.
Look for Latching Relay
Google is your friend.
