Hey I'm trying to turn off the low beam 9006 bulb circuit off when I turn the high beams on 9005. When the low beams are either powered on, or off, id like strictly lo OR hi beams on singularly, and accordingly, weather it be to flash someone with the low beams off during the day, or steady use of the highs on when in the mountains, i would like to not have the lows on at all. I tried to look but could find nothing on this...it seems everything I found was people trying to do the opposite of what I want to do, and power everything both on with high beams.

There's a couple of way to do this you can add relays to your low beams so that when you turn high beams on it cuts off low beams. Also some car have a high beam wire that you can activate with switch depends on car

I know I can use a relay or 2 per side, but am not sure how to isolate the high beam from the low beams. I don't want to add any switch, given the stalk is the switch.

Unless you have a spare stalk switch position you'll need a switch unless you want to make it permanent.
But check your local Regulations for either case - usually lows (or outer beams) must be on when (inner) high beams are on.

Usually people want to have outer lows when inner highs are on - eg, those with H4 outer bulbs, or as per BMW/Euro practice. (I want lows else fogs with my inner highs because the highs are long distance spots.)

What you want to do is cut wire going to low beam and put relay with leg 30 to the light. and leg 87A to other wire.then put ground to 85. 86 to high beam wire do not cut and 87 to 12 volt switch or constant make sure you fuse. So what is going to happen is when you activate your high beams it will shut off low beams you may need to do same for both sides
