I don't know what the difference comparing with other regular SPDT relay.
Can I use this as same as other SPDT relay?

Thanks!

Yes but it's a 4 terminal doing a 5 terminal SPDT job, be careful how you wire it.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.

Not in all applications. Remove the Resistor and install a Jumper instead and it will switch from #1 to #3 when power is applied to the #4 terminal
#4 becomes #30 and #86
#2 is 85
#3 iS 87
#1 is #87a
