I have a 2004 F350 with a 6.0 Powerstroke and I have a problem with my truck sounding like a jet engine in the morning when its warming up because of the turbo.   I want to using a Carling Rocker Switch to turn the VGT Solenoid off in the mornings so its not so loud.   Now this is a signal coming from the ECU to the Solenoid. I want to be able to use the switch and have the on light turn on when the VGT Solenoid is off.   Is this something that's easy to do? I am sure I wold need a relay of some sort to get it done just not sure what i would need or how to wire it.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.
