I have replaced the OEM headlamps to a set of aftermarket HALO/Projection Headlamps. The vehicle does NOT have DRL, and is running a constant 12V (2004 4Runner). The goal I am striving for is for the HALOs to be illuminated when the car is on, and flash in sequence with the turn indicators. I found the wiring of "pulsed to constant" and have incorporated that into my schematic, but here is the challenge. I have very minimal electrical knowledge and I need to know the Values of the resistor/capacitors so I can order the right ones.
