I've done some testing and found out that with the 451 I need it to pulse negative on the blue wire for the unlock, and pulse negative on the green wire for lock.  Could someone tell me how to wire the 451 to serve this function?

I assume you are talking about the dei door lock relay module, 451M. If you are not plugging it into a dei alarm, then you can wire the pulses whatever way you wanted to, then you wire the red wire the opposite of the alarm's output. If you have negative output for locks then you would wire the red as +12V. As far as wiring what else are you looking for?

I am wiring it into a dei alarm, I have central door locks the blue come off of the brown wire for the locks and the green comes off the white. and each of those wires activates with a negative pulse.

Then plug the three pin harness into the alarm, then wire the purple wire to ground, then hook the blue to the unlock and green to the lock of the central locking system.

I"ve hooked it up, the keyless locks work fine other than the blue and green had to be switched, but the problem is that now the regular operation of the door locks do not work. They are cental door locks, when one is locked/unlocked the other does the same.  would placing diodes on the blue and green wires solve this? if so what amp diode?

Diode may work, I would try a 1 amp and work my way up.
