Cut the trunk release wire. Take the output from your alarm, which is probably negative, and put it to pin 85 of a relay, pin 86 will be +12V, pin 30 will be the half of the trunk release wire that goes to the soleniod, pin 87A will be the other half of the wire(going to the switch/computer), and pin 87 will be +12V. Someone else could verify this, I am pretty sure this is what needs to be done.

It will pulse +12V when you hit the car's trunk release button. The color should be BLACK/ white and is located at the bcm.

Looks right to me. Here's the info I have for the trunk release:

2001/2002 Stratus Sedan - Trunk Release - BLACK/ white - conn. C4, pin 1 @ BCM

2001/2002 Stratus Coupe - Trunk Release - GREEN / WHITE - drivers kick panel

Either way they say you need to 5 wire it. Good luck,

Mike

Make sure you test this connection before you do the 5 wire relay . I had this on a 2002 Sebring Sedan and it ended up being a (-) trigger on the BLACK/ WHITE wire at the switch or at the BCM.
