Hello,

I have a 1993 Buick Roadmaster that I've installed a Crimestopper 2005fm on. I have everything else hooked up except the trunk pin switch and the trunk release on the auxilary channel. My question is what colors would the trunk pin switch and the trunk release wires be inside the car and also their locations.

TRNK/HTCH RELEASE|black |+ |at switch

Trunk Trigger is a DARK GREEN (-) going to the back of the car in the driver's kick panel or it's the BLACK/ ORANGE (-) at the light.

He meant at the trunk release switch. You may have to rip out some interior paneling, but that's probably the easiest way to get it.

The dark green wire running to the back of the car did not go to the trunk pin switch. It is also not negative. Any other suggestions?

i just went out and checked out the ORANGE / black wire and it was positively charged.
