can someone help me replace a mechanical SPDT relay with something that's solid-state?  here's what i'm trying to do...

i have a StreetGlow Neon Music Interface (or MI).  it switches the ground on and off to make the neons flash to a beat.  this relay will make my neons flash alternately or wigwag.  it's way to noisy, though.  can someone help me come up with something that's solid-state?

With a large heatsink 15 amps with a small heatsink 5 amps.

Any General Purpose PNP Transistor should work for the first picture.
