you can use this diagream if you delay the second relay pulse to output at a different time with a cap. how its wired now both relays output at exactly the same time. I would just use a PAC TR7 like posted above to make it simple.

Would you be more especific, about how to delay the second pulse, and if you draw the diagram i really apreciate
